The first stop of the tour will take you to the Olive Oil Museum in Cisano di Bardolino. You will learn about the history and production process of this excellent product of Lake Garda and take part in an olive oil tasting. The next stop will take you to the Valpolicella area, where you will visit the "Vigneto dei Salumi". Let yourself be carried away by the scents of the cold-cuts hanging in the caveau of the authentic "Vinappeso": a type of culatello refined in the typical wines of the area, Amarone and Recioto. Taste the various cold-cuts and other treats with water and wine. The last stop will be in a winery in Valpolicella, where you will visit the vineyards and the cellar and enjoy a tasting of the wines produced by the company.
