There is a lovely looking buidling up a hill with a view of Lake Garda that is now several self-contained apartments. The location is great. It's about 15 mins down to the Lake itself and there is a good path around the Lake that people walk and cycle on so you can walk to Bardilino or Garda. When you get to the property you can't get in. You have to go to reception at their other site, which is down the road. That is where they have other acomodation, a restauarant and do thinks like bike hire. Here they will give you your key for the property and a key fob for the electric gates to get into the carpark. Beware that the gates open outwards towards the car! The parking is quite tight if everyone is in. We had a 2-bedroomed apartment, which was very spacious. The kitchen has a full-size fridge with a reasonable freezer compartment, a microwave, 2-hobs and a dishwasher. The reastaurant down the road is reasonably proced and the food was lovely. We ate there every night. It's a great location as walking distance to the lake and not far to get to the Funivia or Gardaland and the Caneava waterpark.

FAQ

Check-in is available at Residence Arca, in Bardolino (approx. 200m away) from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. On the day of departure, guests are asked to return their keys by 10:00 AM.

If you expect to arrive outside the stated check-in hours, please call +39 045 7210686 at least one day before your arrival.

Yes, pets are welcome upon request. There is a €30.00 supplement per stay for final cleaning and sanitization, which can be paid at the property upon arrival.

Yes, one parking space per apartment is provided and included in your rate. Availability for additional vehicles can be checked at the front desk upon arrival.
