The historic old town of Verona with its romantic alleys once inspired Shakespeare to write the world-famous love story of Romeo & Juliet. Experience this magic city rich in tradition. The annual choir festival and choir competition in Verona is not only a highlight for the province of Verona but also for the Association Gruppi Corali Veronesi. The international choir competition provides singing associations and choirs with the opportunity to meet choirs from other countries and to perform in various exclusive locations.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at your hotel on southern Lake Garda and welcome by your tour leader
Afternoon at leisure
Coach transfer to the Teatro Filarmonico for the opening ceremony
Return to the hotel and overnight stay

Day 2

Breakfast
Coach transfer to Verona for the competition*
Guided tour of Verona (on request)**
Free time for lunch
Return to the hotel and overnight stay

Day 3

Breakfast
Reception for choir directors
Closing ceremony for all participating choirs at the Teatro Filarmonico
Reception with snacks and drinks
Joint performance by all participating choirs in a charming venue
Meeting with an Italian choir (on day 2 or 3)
Return to the hotel and overnight stay
