Wine Tasting on a Sailing Boat

Wine tasting of three great wines of the Veneto region aboard a historic sailing ship.

Experience in Bardolino

On board of the San Nicolò sailing boat you will have the fabulous opportunity to experience the wine tasting from an exceptional and privileged perspective.
An exciting tour from the marina of Bardolino through the most suggestive place of the Lake, like Sirmione, Garda, Torri, Punta San Vigilio, Isola del Garda and the roman ruins Grottoes of Catullus, among the others. It will be the perfect occasion to appreciate three great wines and know their characteristics and origins. A perfect mix of taste, elegance and comfort in unique settings. The participants, divided into teams or individually, will take part in a blind wine tasting where they will have to recognize the following 3 labels.

Bardolino IGP Munus Guerrieri Rizzardi
A limited production, this wine is a selection of the best grapes from the best vineyards in Bardolino and Cavaion. Both places belong to the "Classica" area of the Bardolino wine.

Carmènere IGT Inama
A red wine from Colli Berici, a hilly land near Vicenza, where the grape variety Carmènere has found its home territory. In this wine Carmènere is blended with the austere Merlot (30% Merlot, 10% Raboso Veronese, 60% Carmènere). The result is a powerfull, full-bodied wine with a broad range of fragrances.

Valpolicella Superiore DOC Toar Masi
A dry red wine and a "classic" among the traditional wines of Verona that the Masi group conceived in a contemporary style. It is considered the "Valpolicella wine of tomorrow". It will surprise you for its body and tannin content, mainly due to the Oseleta grape, a local variety that Masi has rediscovered and that perfectly matches with the finesse of the Corvina grape.
