Residenza Olivo
The brand new Residenza Olivo is a modern complex in the hills of Garda, a 20-minute walk from the historic centre of Garda. It features 36 spacious, modern and elegant apartments with all possible comforts. There are two- and three-room apartments available, all of them provided with a balcony or terrace. Outside you will find a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and parasols, a panoramic terrace with barbecue area, and a car park. A place to relax and spend a nice holiday, enjoying the comfort of having the lively town of Garda and everything it offers in the immediate neighbourhood.

BILO TOP (1-4 people)
45 m2, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC, with balcony or terrace and pool view.
TRILO TOP (1-6 people)
55 m2, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, one double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC, with balcony or terrace and pool view.
Arrival time: from 4 to 7 pm.
Departure time: until 10 am.
Any arrival times different from the ones stated above, must be communicated to the reception calling +39 045 6270879 one day before arrival. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the key delivery.
